Family Paralegal (Watford Office)
We are expanding our Domestic Abuse team at our Watford office. We need a sharp, highly organised paralegal to step in.
We deal with the hard realities of relationship breakdowns. That means our matters cover urgent domestic abuse injunctions and complex Children Act proceedings. We don't do fluff, and we don’t drag our feet. We expect our support staff to operate with the same exact mindset.
The Role
You will not be stuck at a photocopier. You will help draft court documents, prepare bundles, liaise directly with clients, and support our solicitors on high-stakes litigation. We need someone who can keep a cool head when a case suddenly escalates and an urgent application needs to be filed.

Newly Qualified Solicitor (Watford Office)
The transition from trainee to NQ is where the training wheels come off. We are not looking for someone who needs to be micromanaged. We need a sharp, commercially minded Newly Qualified Solicitor who is ready to step up, run their own files, and deliver absolute clarity to our clients.
The Role
You will take on a demanding caseload from day one, with a strong focus on Children Act proceedings. You will be drafting robust court applications, negotiating complex financial settlements, and standing your ground against opposing counsel. We expect you to take full ownership of your files.
